Your NASM Certified Fitness Professional will create a cutting edge exercise program designed to meet and exceed your personal goals.

Initial Assessment

This one-on-one session assesses your current fitness level, posture, muscular imbalances and weaknesses. Your workout goals will then be customized to address your specific needs, enabling you to workout with a purpose/focus. 
50 minute session

Personal Training - Single Session

Implement your customized workout based on the results of your initial training session. Your Fitness Professional will focus on coaching you through a safe, effective workout utilizing appropriate techniques for maximum results in minimal time; a perfect follow up to your initial session or the occasional training session.
50 minute session - $80

Personal Training Series

Commitment to an ongoing training program with consistently scheduled sessions based on Fitness Professional recommendations. Minimum of 2 appointments per month, once initial training session is complete.
50 minute session - $70
30 minute session - $50
