Non-refundable equity contribution of $5,500.

Annual dues of $1,295 plus tax.

Silver Membership
Use of the Fitness & Spa Facility, Rosie Spoonbill's Restaurant, Social Activities, and Enrichment Center.
Non-refundable equity contribution of $2,500.

Annual dues of $995 plus tax.

Bronze Membership
Use of Rosie Spoonbill's Restaurant, Social Activities, and Enrichment Center.
Non-refundable equity contribution of $300.

Annual dues of $250 plus tax.
