The Town Center is designed as the social and cultural hub of The Brooks, creating a sense of community for all residents.

The Enrichment Center, the social hub of the Town Center, offers social, cultural and lifelong learning opportunities for resident members. This dynamic facility provides a variety of educational classes, creative arts, events and club meetings, as well as a computer lab, which offers members the latest technology and high-speed Internet access. The Village Green is the perfect spot for family picnics, a game of Frisbee with friends, or a peaceful stroll beside the lake. It is designed to accommodate outdoor concerts and holiday events. The Village Green offers views of the surrounding nature preserves where wildlife, such as ibis, swallow-tailed kites and great herons flourish.

Activities provided by the Social Department include: Concert on the Green Series (on the Village Green), Group Theatre Tickets from area performance halls, assorted Life-Long Learning Lectures, Technology and Financial Seminars, Sporting Events, Art Classes, Field Trips to Area Attractions, along with Community Involvement and Cultural Interests.
