Fun With Bridge
Learn the challenging game of bridge. Classes are geared towards basics but also include modern bidding conventions for those players wanting a refresher course. After the course, you will be able to play this enjoyable game competently.
Subjects include:
- Bidding with five card majors and better minor
- Pre- emptive bids
- Power bids
- Opening leads
- Playing strategy
- Scoring
Each class will include supervised play and require homework. Ruth Furhovden has taught many years at The Brooks and other adult education programs.
