Regular Rates for Personal Training

Your NASM Certified Fitness Professional will create a cutting edge exercise program designed to meet and exceed your personal goals.

Initial Assessment 
This one on one session assesses your current fitness level, posture, muscular imbalances and weaknesses. Your workout goals will then be customized to address you specific needs, enabling you to workout with a purpose/focus. 
50 minute session $80

Personal Training - Single Session 
Implement your customized workout based on the results of your initial training session. Your Fitness Professional will focus on coaching you through a safe, effective workout utilizing appropriate techniques for maximum results in minimal time; a perfect follow up to your initial session or the occasional training session. 
50 minute session $80

Personal Training Series 
Commitment to an on going training program with consistently scheduled sessions based on Fitness Professional recommendations. Minimum of 2 appointments per month, once Initial Training session is complete. 
50 minute session $70 
30 minute session $50 

Partner Training 
Share the workout experience with a partner and enjoy the benefits listed above.
