The Rookery is a private restaurant that serves fresh, local cuisine in an environment which showcases the beauty and graciousness of a Florida lifestyle. The local cuisine includes freshly caught fish and seafood, local year-round produce, and semi-tropical fruit which are woven in cooking techniques influenced from the Caribbean, Asia, Latin America, and Italy. Because of our exclusivity, our Members are served and embraced by our professionally-trained staff who strives to exceed expectations with each encounter.
