Highly effective training method using the ballet barre, light weights, bender ball, and your own body weight. This specialty class combines basic ballet, stretch, and yoga movements to create leaner and longer muscle tone. Added benefits are flexibility, core strength, and improved posture. Men are women are welcome.
Note: Because this is a pre-scheduled series, members will be charged for the entire package regardless of attendance.
