Bylaws: Committees

9.0. Membership. The President with the consent of the Board shall appoint voting members, to act as Chairpersons of the standing committees of the Club. The President, with consent of the Board, shall appoint a Board member as liaison to each committee. Each Chairperson shall recommend from the Club membership, individuals to serve as committee members to be approved by the Board. The committees shall provide guidance, feedback and assist staff in planning when and where indicated in the areas of their purview. The Board has the authority to create additional advisory committees for any purpose it deems for the benefit of the Club.
