The Importance of Weight-Bearing Exercise: The Ins-and-Outs
Weight-bearing exercise not only improves bone health, it also increases muscle strength, coordination, and balance, and it leads to better overall health. Participants will learn the benefits of weight-bearing exercise and its importance as we age. We will discuss what exercises to perform, how to perform them safely and properly, and how often to use these exercises to get the biggest benefit. There will be time for Q&A from this certified personal trainer. Instructor: Chris Williams
