Most of us prefer to surround themselves with comforting information and friends we agree with. Social media companies know how to exploit this. Get ready to be just a little uncomfortable in this session. You will experience cognitive dissonance and confirmation bias—and come away with ways to challenge your own views. Perhaps most important, you'll learn how to talk to those who disagree with you.
